Other than when serving process under the conditions of the Legal Aid Agency,  we offer our services within an agreed Fixed Fee, and ensure that you are fully aware of the costs of service and that there will be no surprise fees as the instruction continues. 


Our competitive Fixed Fee services allow for the service of Legal Process and Court Documents across the country and all for one fixed fee. We can also arrange the same day collection of your documents from a Court or Office.

  • One Fee, Multiple Visits


More often than not, the service of court documents will involve attending at the address for service on more than one occasion. If we are unable to serve the papers upon our first visit, then our Fixed Fee service allows for a further 2 visits to the address during a time when it is most likely that the subject will be there, including out of business hours when appropriate such as during the evenings and or on a weekend.

We want to ensure that the process of instructing us and communicating with us is as simple and straightforward as possible. That is why we provide a single point of contact with knowledge of your case who remains responsible for your instruction through out. Your Process Serve Case Manager will be based in Wimborne, Dorset and will have responsibility for managing your service whether locally or nationwide.
