Tracenet Legal Services are a Nationwide Process Serving Company with our main offices based in Wimborne, Dorset, UK.
First and foremost we specialise in serving Legal Process, Court Papers and Documents on behalf of Solicitors and the Legal Profession, Businesses, Charities, Landlords, Property Agents, Local Authorities, Insurance Companies, Banks and the Financial Industry.
Our professional approach and methods are backed up by the systems, the professional knowledge and expertise to ensure that your documents are served as quickly and efficiently as possible, completing your instructions by providing accurate and well presented reports, statements of truth and affidavits as required within Civil Court Rules and the recommendations of the Family Justice Council.
Fixed Fee Nationwide Process Serving
In an industry where standards can and do vary so greatly we aim to establish ourselves as ‘Your UK Process Server of Choice’ through our unparalleled levels of service. Always mindful of the need to provide value for money services we ensure that your instructions are received and acted upon as soon as possible, and endeavour to attempt service the same day as your papers are received or within 24 hours at the latest.
Other than when serving process under the conditions of the Legal Aid Agency, we offer our services within an agreed Fixed Fee, and ensure that you are fully aware of the costs of service and that there will be no surprise fees as the instruction continues.
Our competitive Fixed Fee services allow for the service of Legal Process and Court Documents across the country and all for one fixed fee. We can also arrange the same day collection of your documents from a Court or Office.
One Fee, Multiple Visits
More often than not, the service of court documents will involve attending at the address for service on more than one occasion. If we are unable to serve the papers upon our first visit, then our Fixed Fee service allows for a further 2 visits to the address during a time when it is most likely that the subject will be there, including out of business hours when appropriate such as during the evenings and or on a weekend.
